Shelby attended Georgian College in Barrie, Ontario for her studies.  She graduated from the Law Clerk program with Honours.  She continued her studies with Georgian College in the Paralegal program and graduated with Honours in 2020.

Throughout her post-secondary studies she participated in practice placements with Girones Bourdon Kelly Lawyers.

Shelby became a Licensed Paralegal in April 2021 with the Law Society of Ontario.

As a Licensed Paralegal she offers bilingual services in the areas of Small Claims, Provincial Offences, WSIB, Accident Benefits, Landlord and Tenant Board, and other tribunals.

Shelby was born and raised in Cochrane, Ontario. She enjoys reading and spending time in the outdoors with her dog, Stella.
